Prices are displayed in Japanese yen, including tax, on each service page and near the booking buttons.

インターネット接続料金、通信料金、振込手数料等はお客様のご負担となります。通常の表示サービスには追加料金はありません。撮影場所の入場料、遠方交通費、追加撮影、追加編集、特別な許可申請等が必要な場合は、事前にお見積りし、同意をいただいた上で進行します。

Customers are responsible for internet, communication, bank transfer, and similar fees. There are no additional fees for the standard listed services. If venue entry fees, long-distance travel, additional filming, additional editing, or special permit arrangements are required, they will be quoted and agreed before work begins.

Credit card payments and PayPal

クレジットカード決済はご予約またはご注文時に直ちに処理されます。PayPalでのお支払いは案内後、指定期日までにお支払いください。

Credit card payments are processed immediately when booking or ordering. PayPal payments must be completed by the date provided in the payment instructions.

決済確認後、通常3営業日以内にメールにて日程調整または企画内容の確認を行います。撮影、取材、編集、納品時期はサービス内容、天候、撮影許可、キャンペーン内容により異なります。具体的な提供時期は日程確定時にご案内します。

After payment confirmation, we usually contact the customer by email within 3 business days to schedule or confirm the project brief. Filming, interviewing, editing, and delivery timing vary depending on the service, weather, filming permission, and campaign scope. Specific delivery timing will be confirmed when the schedule is agreed.

＜お客様都合によるキャンセル・返金＞日程確定前のキャンセルについては、状況に応じて返金対応を検討します。日程確定後、企画準備、撮影、取材、イベント対応、編集作業の開始後は、原則として返金できません。デジタルコンテンツ納品後のお客様都合による返品・交換はできません。＜サービス不備・不良に該当する場合＞当方の重大な不備によりサービスが提供されなかった場合、または納品物に重大な技術的問題がある場合は、hello@tokyointerviews.com までご連絡ください。内容を確認し、再提供、修正、または返金等の対応を行います。

Customer-requested cancellations and refunds: Cancellation requests before scheduling is confirmed may be reviewed for refund eligibility. After scheduling, planning, filming, interviewing, event coverage, or editing has begun, payments are generally non-refundable. Returns or exchanges for customer convenience are not available after digital content has been delivered. Defective or service-failure cases: If the service is not provided due to a material issue caused by us, or if delivered content has a material technical defect, please contact hello@tokyointerviews.com. We will review the issue and provide re-performance, correction, refund, or another appropriate remedy.

特別な表示がない限り、申込期限はありません。期間限定キャンペーンやイベント撮影については、各サービスページまたは個別見積りに記載します。

Unless otherwise stated, there is no application deadline. Limited-time campaigns or event coverage deadlines will be shown on the relevant service page or individual quote.

デジタル納品物の閲覧には、一般的なスマートフォン、PC、ブラウザ、またはSNSアプリが必要です。
